Under his new role, Issa will assume full responsibility for the operational performance and business development of dnata in Zanzibar, overseeing ground handling and cargo services. He will also drive the pursuit of excellence in the service provided to airlines and airport partners. This appointment marks the first time a UAE national has been appointed to lead dnata's operations at international airports outside the country.
